1. Cold Brew Coffee

Steps: 

  1. Cut away hanging ears of drip bag.​ 
  2. Soak drip bag in a small bottle/pitcher and add about 150-180ml of room temperature water. Please ensure bottle is capped tightly.
  3. Leave in the fridge for 12-15 hours.

Great for those who like their coffee rich, strong and chilled without dilution!

2. Iced Coffee Latte

Steps: ​ 

  1. Brew using 50-75ml of hot water. Soak drip bag in cup for 1-2 mins to concentrate flavour.
  2. Add ice and pour 50-75ml of milk in a glass. Pour in coffee after.

Tip: Use plant-based milk for non-dairy option. Non-dairy milks have more water content and latte texture may feel less creamy.

3. Iced Coconut Americano

Steps: 

  1. Brew using 50-75ml of hot water. Soak drip bag in cup for 1-2 mins to concentrate flavour.
  2. Add ice and pour 75-100ml of chilled coconut water in a glass. Pour in coffee after.

Gourmet Black Brew Coffee Recipes

1. Affogato

Affogato

Steps:

  1. Brew using 50-75ml of hot water. Soak drip bag in cup for 1-2 mins to concentrate flavour.
  2. Add 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a glass. Pour coffee over the ice cream.
Affogato with Infuso Black Brew

One sachet of Black Brew (using 50-75ml of water) can make up to 1-2 servings of Affogato.

2. Coffee Ice Cubes Latte

Steps: ​ 

  1. Brew using 50-75ml of hot water. Soak drip bag in cup for 1-2 mins to concentrate flavour.
  2. Leave brewed coffee to cool before freezing in ice cube trays.
  3. Place ice cubes in a glass and add 50-75ml of milk onto ice cubes.

3. Coffee Latte/Mocha

Steps: 

  1. Brew using 50-75ml of hot water. Soak drip bag in cup for 1-2 mins to concentrate flavour.
  2. Use a milk frother to froth 50-75ml of hot milk.
  3. Pour hot milk and foam into coffee.
  4. Sieve cocoa powder on foam.

Tip: Add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder if you enjoy a richer mocha taste.
